Warehouse Vision ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the Warehouse Vision service.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, display name.
  • Workspace data: company names, pallet/bin records, audit logs you create.
  • Support data: messages you send us.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, log timestamps, error reports.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Provide the Service — performance of contract.
  • Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
  • Customer support — performance of contract.
  • Service improvement and aggregate analytics — legitimate interests.
  • Legal compliance — legal obligation.

Sharing

We share personal data with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (cloud database, file storage, error monitoring) acting as our processors.
  • Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. After that the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK users have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level authorization to protect your data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
