If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
  • Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you initiate the refund.

Canceling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
