Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Warehouse Vision service ("Service") operated by Warehouse Vision ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Warehouse Vision is a web-based pallet inventory tool for warehouses. We provide it on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) interfere with the Service's security (malware, probing, scraping); or (d) attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly per company at the price shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

8. Warranties and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts there.
